This residential design/build firm needed a flexible and low-cost way to tell their story and present samples of previous projects. They requested something that could be assembled with different sample projects tailored to the prospect and suggested a standard pocket folder and inserts.
Our solution was to create a cover that was professionally printed and die-cut, and a series of interior pages about the firm as well as sample projects, that could be printed, gathered and bound together in-house with the rest of the brochure by means of low-tech prong fasteners. This provided a cleaner, more cohesive presentation than the pocket folder, while maintaining the flexibility to customize the presentation. A cover letter to the prospect was inserted as page 1. As new construction projects are completed the client can create new project pages using the templates we provided, so that the brochure will never be out of date. A creative solution that reflects the creativity of the client.
