The inspiration for this name and branding came from the location, of course (Phinney Ridge), but also from the nearly infinite views, both east and west, available from the homes. We drove those points home with the tag line, "On the Ridge. Infinitely Northwest." The branding package included the name and tag line, the logo, printed collateral, a website, advertising, directional signage and an information/sales center.
The logo was paired with business cards that featured a dramatic view photo on the back.
The unique fold-out brochure featured a pocket for floor plan inserts and a panoramic view image on the back.
We designed a print ad campaign and directional signage.
To maximize space in the portable building that was used for the sales office, informational displays were hung from the ceiling.
